Actives:

Unskilled Attack (-1 Wanted Level) - Select a node, white or green. Leaves a log.

Sniff-out - Select a target operative. If the operative is a drug dealer or has the potential to murder or disorganized murder in any way, let you know. Visit them.

Guard Dog (3 charges) - Select a Fed operative. If they are arresting someone, make them immune to occupation. Do not visit them.

Trained Escort - Escort a Fed operative, protecting the operative from arrests and murders. Anyone attempting to murder or arrest the protected operative will be killed. Do not visit or occupy.

All in (1 charge) - Turn into a Field Agent. Can only be done if there are no Fed on the Field roles.
