Hack Target (Moderate, -1 Wanted Level) - Select a white node and hack it, dealing 3 HP. Leaves a log.

Wireshark (2 charges) - Tells you the name of any operative that did a Denial of Service.

Add Route - Select two nodes and add a route between them.

Remove Route - Select an edge and remove the route, if it doesn't isolate the node it connects to.

Passives:

Ghost in the System - You don't leave connection logs upon interacting with the topology.
