Actives:

Unskilled Attack (-1 Wanted Level) - Select a node, white or green. Leaves a log.

Fake Escort (-1 Wanted Level) - Escort a target operative, but leave as soon as trouble comes, letting the original target die or get arrested. Visit and occupy them.

Follow (2 charges) - Select a target operative and follow them, visiting them and checking if they left their hideout and met anyone. If they were occupied, you'd only know that they could not leave their hideout.

Disorganized Murder (+1 Wanted Level) - Select an operative and murder them. Visit the target.

Citizen's Arrest (2 charges, +1 Wanted Level) - Select a target operative and arrest them. Visit them.

Passives:

Fed Scum - Your true faction is Fed.

Rent Free - Avoid the first arrest attempt and murder attempt on you.

Liar, Liar - You use a fake claim and lie about what you do.
