Unskilled Attack (-1 Wanted Level) - Select a node, white or green. Leaves a log.

Upload Fake Intel (1 charge, -1 Wanted Level) - Select a white or green node and upload intel that is downloadable by others. Leaves lying intel. Leaves a log.

Install CCTV Surveillance (2 charges) - Selects a target operative and places a camera on their hideout. Visit the target.

Frame (2 charges, -1 Wanted Level) - Select a target operative. Change their role to be a specific role, which they will then have all intel abilities follow that frame. Visit them.

All in (1 charge) - Turn into a Field Agent. Can only be done if there are no Fed on the Field roles.

Passives:

Perform CCTV Surveillance - Passively see who visits the target operatives that the cameras are attached to.
