Paragon want to arrest/kill all Hackers or prevent the target node from being hacked. They can wait out the time limit and are the minor faction. This company based faction heavily relies on purchasing their way out of problems. They can work with Feds.
Paragon get access to a set of operatives. These operatives must contain at least one killing operative. The Paragon Leader can control those operatives.
Paragon know node health and node topology.
Paragon must figure out each operative's role using their action space.
Many actions can increase or decrease wanted level. Your operatives will slowly be more or less wanted. If your wanted level is too high, an operative will be killed. This operative can be chosen. If all operatives die before your objective is finished, you lose.
Actives and passives that deceive or compromise will be labelled by how Wanted Level is changed, with Wanted Level total HP as 5 HP.
