Actives:

Download Intel - Select a green node and attempt to download from it. If there is intel, and you download and remove it first, you will get intel (see tips for list of intel). Leaves a log.

Experienced Hiding (1 charge) - Move your hideout, protecting yourself unless you are occupied.

Install CCTV Surveillance (1 charge) - Selects a target operative and places a camera on their hideout. Visit the target.

Follow (1 charge) - Select a target operative and follow them, visiting them and checking if they left their hideout and met anyone. If they were occupied, you'd only know that they could not leave their hideout.

Desperate Measures (1 charge) - Turn into an Improvised Hacker. Breaks previous cameras.
