Actives:

Hack Target (High, -1 Wanted Level) - Select a white node and hack it, dealing 4 HP. Leaves a log.

Ransom Computer (3 charges) - Select a target operative. If the target operative has the ability to root, steal the ability to root, remove any current root, and grant 1 charge of Give Root Access.

Give Root Access (1 charge) - Give root access to an operative. If they are a Hacker, they will gain immunity to occupation, kills, arrests, and anything that blocks hacking.

Emergency Extraction (3 charges) - Select an operative to escort, does not occupy them and makes them immune to everything unless otherwise stated.

Murder with Goons (3 charges, +1 Wanted Level) - Select an operative and murder them. Cannot be occupied. Occupies the target.
