Add Route - Select two nodes and add a route between them.

Remove Route - Select an edge and remove the route, if it doesn't isolate the node it connects to.

Wipe (1 charge, -1 Wanted Level) - Select a white node. Remove all connection logs and intel to the node.

Sting (1 charge, +1 Wanted Level) - Select a target operative and arrest them, along with anyone that visits them. Do not visit them.
