Firewall Layer (2 charges, +2 Wanted Level) - Select a layer, healing 5 HP on this layer. Do not leave a log.

Overload Node (1 charge) - Select a white node. All connections and DDOS to this node will fail. Leaves a log.

Track Connection (2 charges, +1 Wanted Level) - Select a green node. Attempt to arrest the target operative that hacked the node with local cops. Visit them.
