Actives:

Harden Node (High, +1 Wanted Level) - Select a white node, heal the node by 4 HP. Leaves a log.

Weaken Connection (2 charges) - Select a target operative, lower their hack ability one stage down permanently.

Redirection (2 charges) - Select two target operatives, all skills used on the first operative will be used on the second operative, works similar to Throw Under the Bus.

Plea Deal (2 charges) - Select a target operative. If they are a Hacker, give them a plea deal, converting them into a Fed Mole.

All in (1 charge) - Turn into a Field Agent. Can only be done if there are no Fed on the Field roles.

Passives:

Leading Fed - You are a converting Fed.
